PORTRAIT DAY ON WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 4!
School Portrait Day is coming right up next Wednesday, October 4 at both campuses.
UNIFORM
All students at both campuses must be in full uniform, and should not be using any dress down passes that day. Upper campus students should wear Mass attire - oxford shirts (with a tie for boys). Upper campus students may also wear the official uniform navy quarter zip on top of their oxford/tie if they choose. No other spirit wear is allowed.
ORDERING PHOTOS
Online: Every family should have received a separate email from O’Connor Studios for each of its students. That email went to the “primary” email address for your household. *Please check both parents’ email accounts if you cannot locate the message(s). The email contains a personalized link directly to YOUR student’s ordering page. It also contains your student’s unique access code, which you can use to locate your student’s page through the general O'Connor ordering page.
Online ordering closes at midnight on Portrait Day, October 4th. If you miss this deadline and want to place an order online, you will need to call O’Connor Studios directly to do that as soon as possible.
Paper Order Form/Envelope: You may also order photos using the paper order form provided by O’Connor Studios. It is customized for your student with his/her name and unique access code already printed on it. Those forms are going home with students today, so check those backpacks! If you use the paper order form instead of online ordering, please send the form in, along with payment, ON Portrait Day. Your student will hand it to the photographer.
*Family Plan Discount: First two children pay full price, all other children pay half price. To apply the discount, you must use the paper order forms that went home with your students. Follow instructions on the bottom of the forms.
Everyone will have a photo taken for the yearbook regardless of whether they purchase pictures.
Note: Retake Day is Wednesday, November 29.
